What Drives Me To Be Fit & Healthy & More Importantly Want to Share This With You?
Back in 1994 when I was a cook on the Hollyford track I knew then that my passion was for the outdoors and living an adventurous life… However that summer on the Hollyford I suffered really bad hay fever to the point that I had absoultely no energy & woke myself up at night time finding it hard to breathe. Needless to say that I found exercising a struggle.
At the end of the following winter I decided to head off to visit a nautropath who had me on a strict diet that turned me into an energiser bunny. It was at this point in my life that I started running, doing triathlons and generally leading a more active life.
With my new found fitness and energy came some amazing opportunities for me to work as a guide on the Milford Track, work on the Eco Challenge in Fiji, travel to Switzerland to work on the Discovery Channel World Championship Adventure Race, and then take up a role as the Director of the Queenstown Winter Festival.
Without a doubt fitness has been so integral to my life successes that when I decided to follow a new path after the Winter Festival the door to Personal Training opened right in front of my eyes.
I now have the delight of not only looking after my own health& fitness, I also get to help my clients get fitter, healthier and stronger … and they in turn go on to live extra ordinary lives!
