2 scoops clean lean protein powder
1 scoop good green stuff
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
3 brazil nuts (from Brazil to get the sellinium)
3 cubes frozen spinach
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup coconut milk
1. Put everything into your blender/ninja and leave to sit in the fridge overnight so that the spinach has time to thaw.
2. Blend and add enough water to get the consistency you like. I like mine quite thick and I eat it with a spoon.
