There’s nothing like an Event to really get you focused on your training!
The desire to prove something to yourself drives your inner determination and sends you past all your perceived limitations.
The older we get the better we’re equipped for the mental side of events too, and winning the head game will always make you feel younger!
Call it a personal challenge, call it a step outside your comfort zone, call it what you like but one thing’s for sure, there’s no better feeling than breaking your own records.
The links below are all about events over the next six to eight months that’ll not only give you a training focus, but challenge your current fitness levels too.

Frocktober
A photo from the inaugural “frocktober” lunch. These ladies have formed friendships through training at Fitness Fix and so the group decided to celebrate their results with a lunch in style. For some they either had to buy a new frock in a size smaller or take the old one in so they had one that fitted! With the support of each other they have all stretched themselves way beyond their dreams.. and for one lady this meant buying her first dress! We are all looking forward to lots more ladies joining us this October!
