Walking Group

IF WALKING IS YOUR THING THEN THIS GROUP IS DEFINITELY FOR YOU…

And if chatting’s your thing, or laughing, or sharing experiences or just hanging out with friends while you’re keeping fit… then this group is ABSOLUTELY DEFINITELY for you!

We have a regular get-together that takes us from Mairangi Bay to Browns Bay and back, and generally takes around an hour and a half, though sometimes that changes because of the tide.

Also, every five weeks or so we plan something a bit longer, like the walks that are planned below for the 1/2 marathon walk in October
COFFEE Our walks always finish with coffee and a chat – definitely a highlight!

So far the walking group has raised $1000 while having fun and doing what we love. So come and kick-start your weekend with a spectacular walk in amazing scenery, with a fun group of like-minded women, while raising money for the New Zealand Heart Foundation at the same time.
