I tailor my private sessions to the individual, and I help people who might feel intimidated or think that "strength training isn't for me" to feel supported and at ease. I am a teacher as well as a friend, giving you knowledge and skills you can apply towards a healthier and happier life.
I work with clients from all levels, body shapes and sizes with the aim of helping them improve both physically and mentally and to bring more joy into their everyday lives.
