“I first did my first 8 week Get Firm and Foxy Programme with Sally in 2012 and lost 6.5kg. I have since done another two 8 week programmes with Sally to keep my focused. Once I am on the programme and Sally sets my weekly meal plan I do not wiaver from it. It makes it so easy to fit around my busy lifestyle; the food is delicioius and there is always plenty!
At the start of 2013 I came to Sally with my next challenge, to look and feel amazing for my wedding in March. I knew that I needed to do the 8 week Get Firm and Foxy programme to drop the last few kg’s. The great thing about this programme is that it combines exercise and nutrition and it really gets results.

Today is the last day of the year in which I changed my life

Today is the last day of the year in which I changed my life. It is hard to believe this day a year ago I was 86kg and was puffing as I came up the stairs to work. With your help I have achieved my goal of being selected for a hockey team and can play a full hour 20 game and survive! I can’t believe how little I sit on the couch now! I am consistently exercising 6 days a week and I haven’t put any of that weight back on.
I began a course at SIT this year and am studying towards a diploma in photography. My life plans are changing and looking good. My outlook is so different from that woman I used to be 12 months ago and I am so proud of myself.
